The M88CS2000 is a 3-in-1 DVB-S SoC device which integrates the functionalities of DVB-S tuner, DVB-S demodulator and MPEG-2 decoder as well as LNB controller into one package.
The M88CS2000 receives RF signals in range of 950 MHz to 2150 MHz. It performs RF-to-baseband down-conversion, digital demodulation and FEC decoding to recover MPEG TS data, and then implements real-time TS de-multiplexing, A/V decoding and TV encoding to generate analog CVBS video and dual-channel audio signals.
The device supports symbol rate of 1 Msps to 45 Msps, and supports PAL-BDGHI and NTSC-M standards. It provides a turnkey-based, cost-effective solution for FTA digital satellite markets.
