| Job Description: |

Maintain end user's account, such as NT account, Email account, Internet proxy account, Linux LDAP account, PBX privilege code. | |
- |
System security setting for clients. Modify and deploy NT domain policies. | |
- |
Setup and maintain end users security, deploy IT security on client side, such as local account privilege setting, remote helping system setup, antivirus client-server deployment, Internet browser security setting and etc. | |
- |
Installation, configuration of client system & application software. | |
- |
Provide remote, email, telephone or On-Site IT support (including hardware and software) for end user's IT service requirements. | |
- |
Modify and deploy end user backup jobs. | |
- |
IT contact for emergency. |
| Qualification: |
- |
Familiar with Microsoft windows system. | |
- |
Familiar with network fundamental knowledge. | |
- |
Linux knowledge and skill is a plus | |
- |
PBX setting knowledge and skill is a plus | |
