Product Marketing Manager

Job Responsibility


We are seeking a strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead our high-performance PCIe Retimer portfolio. You will define the roadmap for next-generation signal integrity solutions (Gen 6/7+) powering AI clusters and hyperscale data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy: Define market requirements (MRDs) and competitive positioning based on deep analysis of PCIe standards and CXL ecosystems.
  2. Execution:  Partner with silicon engineering and firmware teams to drive products from concept through tape-out and mass production.
  3. GTM Strategy: Develop technical marketing collateral and collaborate with sales to win high-volume designs at major Hyperscalers and OEMs.

Application & Reference Design Requirements:

  1. Reference Design Leadership: Oversee the development of production-ready reference boards and EVKs to accelerate customer time-to-market.
  2. System Awareness: Deep understanding of AI/ML hardware architectures and high-density JBOG/JBOF configurations.
  3. Signal Integrity Mastery: Experience with reach extension and trace loss in OCP environments.

 

Job Qualification


  1. Education: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field.
  2. Experience: 7+ years in semiconductor PM or Applications Engineering, specifically with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, or CXL).
  3. Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of SerDes application, PAM4 signaling, and link training protocols.
  4. Communication: Ability to translate complex signal integrity data into clear value propositions for executive stakeholders.
