ESG Governance
As a globally leading fabless IC design company, Montage Technology integrates ESG principles into its corporate governance while advancing technological innovation and strategic goals – driving sustainable growth.
We have established a three-tier ESG governance structure – Board, Management, and Execution – with a Strategy and ESG Committee at the Board level to steer the ESG direction. ESG principles are embedded in our daily operations, aligning sustainability with long-term business objectives.
We value close collaboration with stakeholders and embrace a shared-growth philosophy, working alongside partners, customers, and employees to achieve mutual success. Meanwhile, we continuously strengthen internal controls and risk management to foster a transparent, ethical, and resilient business environment.
