
The M88TE1Dx series spread spectrum oscillator chips utilize standard 5032 or 3225 packages and support multiple differential output types such as LVDS, HCSL, LVCMOS, and LP-HCSL. The output frequency covers a range from 1 MHz to 333.33 MHz, with compatibility for both center spread and down spread spectrum modes, and supports operating voltages of 1.8 V and 2.5 V. By effectively dispersing clock harmonic energy, this series significantly reduces EMI radiation while maintaining high signal integrity. It is ideal for high-speed digital systems sensitive to electromagnetic interference, including servers, network communication equipment, high-definition displays, industrial control, medical devices, and automotive electronics. The series helps customers easily pass EMC certification and enhance system stability.
