Job Responsibility
Responsible for all Seattle CSP sales management activities for Memory Chipsets, CXL controller, PCIe Retimer, IO Hub, and Switch products. The ideal candidate must have a solid track record in semiconductor sales. He or she will be responsible for CSP sales plan, delivering success against sales targets, generating new business opportunities, growing customer relationships and revenue. This individual will be results oriented, driven by excellence and working as a team member with all Montage Technology marketing, FAE, AE, engineering, operations, finance and administrative organizations. This position will report right to WW VP of Sales and Business Development.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive design wins and revenue growth at assigned accounts/territory (CSP in Seattle with focus on MS and Amazon)
- Serve as a “trusted advisor” to engineering and procurement teams and develop an understanding of the entire organization
- Collaborate with Montage Technology internal teams including applications engineers, product line managers, and marketing to support customer requirements
- Forecast revenue and maintain accurate pipeline reporting
- Manage pricing negotiations, demand creation, and design-in activities across multiple projects for all Montage Technology products
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- 15+ years in technical sales leadership, applications engineering, or business development in the semiconductor industry
- Strong understanding of the data center ecosystem (ie. CSP, OEM, ODM, etc.) and prior experience working with Tier 1 CSPs and their ODM partners
- Served as a Sales or an FAE in Interconnect products – Retimers, Switch, Active Cables, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in navigating a multinational corporate environment to be effective in customer program execution and roadmap alignment,
- Self-motivated and professional team player driven by success
