M88DR5RCD05 (Gen5 DDR5 RCD)
M88DR5RCD05 is a Gen5 DDR5 Registering Clock Driver (RCD05) with a maximum data rate of 8000 MT/s. Compliant with JEDEC DDR5RCD05 specification, the RCD05 features a dual-channel memory architecture and supports 1.1 V VDD supply. Designed for use on DDR5 RDIMMs, the chip addresses the growing demand from data centers and AI servers, and other applications for memory systems with higher bandwidth and greater reliability.
