Shanghai, September 28, 2026 -- Montage Technology today announced the mass production of its Gen5 DDR5 Register Clock Driver (RCD05). Designed for high-performance DDR5 RDIMM memory modules, the RCD05 addresses the growing demand from data centers, AI servers, and other applications for memory systems with higher bandwidth and greater reliability.

Compliant with the JEDEC DDR5RCD05 specification, the RCD05 supports data rates of up to 8000 MT/s, an approximately 11% increase over the previous-generation RCD04, providing greater memory bandwidth for next-generation server platforms. The RCD05 integrates a high-performance, low-jitter PLL clock driver circuit and supports key features including continuous-time linear equalization (CTLE) and ZQ calibration, helping improve signal integrity and stability for high-speed signal transmission.
